Due to the ongoing pandemic, guests will be required to wear a facemark during their service (when able) and sanitize their hands. These procedures will stay in place until further notice. Thank you in advance for your compliance!

BOOKING POLICY
​
By booking an appointment with us you understand that skin irritation/rash may occur. 2 weeks prior to your appointment you can NOT use any products such as Accutane or any products containing Retinol, Retin-a, Tretinoin, or Alpha Hydroxy Acids because skin may be more susceptible to lifting. Cannot complete services if you have been sunburnt/tanning in the last 72 hours (3days).
Only one person in room at a time, unless both are being waxed. Children are not permitted in the room. Must have at least 2 ½ weeks of hair growth or services cannot be completed. You will have to rebook, and your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
It is highly recommended that you do not go to the gym after a wax. It causes friction & makes skin more prone to clogged pores.

CANCELLATIONS

There is a 10 minute grace period after your appointment time to allow for tardiness. After 10 minutes, you will have to reschedule and you may be billed for your services in full. No call/no show will be billed the full amount of service. Second time no call/no show will result in not being able to book online.
